Take thewhole island.
All 9 rooms, 27 guests, your own private guest house.
For 3 nights or more, you can book all 9 rooms and we close Heissa Artie to other guests for the duration of your stay. The whole guest house, the kitchen, the rooftop, the dock — yours. We've hosted family reunions, friends' birthdays, corporate retreats, yoga groups, and small wedding parties.
Four reasons itjust makes sense.
Real privacy
No strangers at breakfast. The dock, the rooftop, the courtyard — yours alone for the duration.
Custom rhythm
Pick your meal times, your activities, your music. We adapt the whole guest house schedule to your group.
Group catering
Custom menus, dietary restrictions, themed dinners. The kitchen works for your group only.
Better rates
15% off the published rates for the whole house, 3+ nights. Volume + direct booking.
Four kinds ofgroup stays.
Familyreunion
Three generations, two countries, one shared trip. Family rooms 104–106 work well for parents with children, plus convertible rooms for couples and twins for cousins or solo travelers.
- 9 rooms accommodates 18–27 family members
- Family-style dinners on the terrace
- Kid-friendly experiences (botanical garden, cooking class)
- Custom multi-day photo album from us
Friends'milestone trip
Big birthday, big anniversary, a "we have to actually see each other" trip. The island is small enough that nobody loses anyone, and big enough that everyone gets quiet time when they want it.
- Group felucca with sunset dinner on board
- Custom celebration cake from a Nubian baker
- Late dinner option (until midnight on request)
- Photo memory album curated by our staff
Yoga or meditationretreat
The rooftop is a perfect outdoor yoga deck. The pace of the village supports stillness. We've hosted week-long yoga retreats with guest teachers — the structure of the property works.
- Rooftop yoga deck (sunrise & sunset sessions)
- Customized vegetarian or vegan menu
- Quiet hours extended for meditation if needed
- Bring your teacher or we connect you with one
Teamretreat or offsite
For small to medium teams (15–25 people) who want somewhere genuinely different — not a generic conference resort. We have working space, fast WiFi, and an absolutely zero-distraction environment.
- Working space on the rooftop terrace + dining room
- Reliable fiber WiFi throughout the property
- Group dinners with custom themes (Nubian feast, BBQ)
- Optional team activities — felucca, cooking, camel ride

Aboutgroup bookings.
How early should we book?
For peak season (October to February), we recommend 4–6 months in advance. Shoulder and low season — 6–8 weeks is usually fine. For specific date events (a birthday, an anniversary date), book as early as you can.
What's the deposit and cancellation policy?
For whole-house buyouts: 30% deposit at confirmation, 70% balance at check-in. Cancellation: free up to 21 days before arrival. Within 21 days, the deposit is forfeit. Within 7 days, the full booking is charged. We're flexible on weather/emergency cases.
Can we bring an outside catering team or chef?
Generally no — our kitchen and our chef handle all meals. But for special celebrations (wedding cake, dietary specialists), we can coordinate with outside vendors. Tell us in advance.
Can we have alcohol at the buyout?
We don't sell alcohol, but for whole-house buyouts you're welcome to bring your own beverages. We provide ice, glasses, and a serving station. We ask that drinking stays inside the guest house (out of respect for the village).
How do we handle different dietary needs in the group?
We're used to it. Send us a list of dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal, allergies) when you confirm, and our chef builds a menu that works for everyone. We'll confirm the menu with you a week before arrival.
Can we use the rooftop for an evening event?
Yes. The rooftop terrace can host up to 35 standing or 25 seated. Sound restrictions apply after 10:30 PM (it's a residential village). Earlier dinners and ceremonies are fully supported.
Do you arrange airport transfers for the whole group?
Yes. We coordinate group transfers from Aswan airport, train station, or hotel. Multi-vehicle convoys for groups over 8. We bill at cost, no markup.
Do you have a contract / agreement?
Yes. After the initial conversation, we send a formal proposal with full pricing, inclusions, and our terms. You countersign, pay the deposit, and we lock the dates. Everything is documented.
Tell us aboutyour group.
Send us your dates, group size, and what you have in mind. We send a custom quote within 4 hours.
Ask about hosting your group
Tell us roughly when, how many of you, and what the trip is about. We will reply with availability, a tailored quote, and any flexibility we can offer on dates.
